This establishment has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced as a consumer. It is not just one person and not just one visit. Although I have vowed not to return again. The food is always great, but the staff is by far the rudest that I have encountered. I had a colleague order our lunch from there just to make sure I had the right perception. They did not disappoint. She waited, during a busy lunch hour, for three minutes at the speaker only to be greeted with "what you need today" (which is the norm). The person at the window did not say ONE word throughout their interaction of handing her the food. Again, the food was good. It is almost comical how consistently rude they are. There is only one solution for this type of culture and that is the management team. Workers will do what they are asked to do and typically gather the demeanor of their superiors. One bad apple I can understand, but this is everyone that interacts with the public at this location. Good luck changing it around. Thank you for your time. That is all.
I love Wendy's. I do not love fast food, but for some reason, I love Wendy's. It must be the fresh beef. The service at this location was quick and courteous.

This is easily the best Wendy's I have visited recently. I work nearby, so I come here at least once a week and the service is consistently phenomenal. The restaurant is kept spotlessly clean, including the restrooms. Even the windows are clean. I always order the same item a #4 combo, and it always is served within a minute or two, and my order has never been wrong. Ever. I am always pleased by the consistency of the items, as my burger always comes out looking and tasting the same way, and that is a VERY good thing. The manager and employees do a wonderful job here, and it shows. I will go out of my way to visit this Wendy's if I'm not at work.
